Long Beach Island Photographer
Contemporary Portraiture series
Victoria was in the studio a few weeks ago for her head shots then she came back to shoot the genre she would like to model in… bikini and lingerie.
Needless to say she has been casted in 3 modeling gigs already!
And how can she not have been?…just look at this amazing girls physique!
No nip or tucking in these images!
just pure perfection!
Hair and Make up by Alyssa of ARS Make up Artistry
This was my first shoot with the Canon 5D MKII
paired with the 24-70 and 85F1.8 lens
As promised earlier this week that I would add another image of Mrs F and here it is along with a review of her session
In her own words…
This “secret session” I had for my husband was amazing! It was my second session with Adita this year! Each picture has given me more and more confidence in my natural beauty. Adita’s talent and patience made this session so easy and comfortable. My husband was so excited to receive a gift that will last a lifetime. Thank you Adita for all of your hard work and I can not wait for another session together!
And that’s all folks!!!
See you next year
have an awesome happy new years celebration and PLEASE, PLEASE do not drink and drive!!

a woman named Laurel was inspired by this image of Brittney
she then desired for her photographer Cherie of Ramaso Photography in the State of Washington to recreate it for her.
I mentor Cherie, we met on a forum and we have been virtual friends ever since
she is an amazing student and photographer and makes me very proud…especially with this image oh her client Laurel
I am honored that Laurel, whom I have never met on line or in person saw my image and was so inspired
Thank you Cherie & Laurel
With model Brittney, I took some shots during our session with the Canon Elan 7 and the Canon 85F1.8 at 400 film speed, F4, !/60ss
Used Natural light & reflector adjusted to sepia/vintage in LR3 using MCP Quick Clicks Presets and in PSCS4 Nichole Van’s Tints & Textures
Noise reduction with Noise ware in Portrait mode
NO Portraiture2 used and eyes were not enhanced that is SOOC
Nice catch lights huh??
I’m liking this thing they call Film… with an SLR body
So Brittney came into the studio and we had a chance to shoot once again.
As I am learning new ways of posing women in the glamor and boudoir genre… here are the results and some of my own poses and Marilyn inspired as well
Please see notes under the images for details on shooting technique setting on camera were at most 1/100 F3.5 400ISO
and the back-lit ones in the sheet only the aperture and SS changed to F4 and 1/80
Natural light, reflector or constant on some when it became too cloudy
I use Spot metering and edit in LR3 with MCP Quick Clicks Presets and retouch in PS with Portraiture2
used Canon 1Ds MKII and the 24-70 for the digital images I also shot film with the Canon Elan 7 and 85F1.8 they are still in the lab
just another excuse to blog another post!
This morning I received a message from a dear friend and photographer in the Washington area saying a client wanted to re-create one of the poses from this session…
how honored I felt!
